As many of you have heard in the news the time spent in Iraq for the army has been extended. This has been put out for my unit that we will be doing and extra three months. Yes this sucks I will be getting extra money for the extra time but I really don't want it. I want to go home. Now would be nice also.

Combat Life Saver Training
I am currently in combat life saver training. I hate it we had to give and receive IV's today. I got poked twice got some fluid pumped under the skin and he got to try it on the instructor a few times before he got an IV ran.
I got my done smoothly on the first try yay for me. Boo for doing it again tomorrow in full battle rattle boo. I will not be looking forward to getting poked again while laying out in the sun with my armor vest and helmet on laying out in the sun. Boo for training as we fight. Boo for more needles poking me. Boo for seeing more of my blood.
